The applicable registration fee is determined by the date when the organizers receive payment. The registration fee includes participation in the available sessions, coffee breaks, three lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner on Tuesday September, 10. If you register as student, please bring your student card to the reception.
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation by the participant Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to: ecda2024@ug.edu.pl
If the participant cancels more than 4 weeks before the start of the conference, 50% of the registration fee can be reimbursed. If the participant cancels within 4 weeks before the start of the conference, no refund will be made. All refunds are made in euros. The organisation cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
